The Clinton County Coalition on Homelessness (CCCH) was established in January 2021 to develop, promote, and support a county collaborative of stakeholders who, together, work to reduce and prevent homelessness in Clinton County. The Coalition includes representatives from City of Wilmington, Clinton County, social service and healthcare providers, local law enforcement, people with lived experience of homelessness, and many others. CCCH is open to any community member interested in addressing housing insecurity and homelessness in Clinton County.
To learn more about CCCH, contact Sydney Murtland, Clinton County Services for the Homeless, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please use the form below to sign-up for the CCCH email contact list and receive CCCH general membership meeting information and updates.
You can also indicate if you would like to be included in one or more CCCH committees. Committees focus on implementing actions to achieve the priorities established by CCCH members to prevent, reduce, and end homelessness in Clinton County. All CCCH members, as well as any interested community members, are welcome to participate in any committee. Meetings are generally conducted virtually, last approximately one hour, and are scheduled monthly or bi-monthly by a committee chair.
