Rapid Rehousing

The shelters ability to help those in need depends on funding from various sources. The Homeless Crisis Response Program ("HCRP") Rapid Rehousing Grant is a source of support for the shelter. The goal of the HCRP is to rapidly move those living in emergency shelter into permanent housing.  Shelter Staff at CCHS provide case management for families experiencing homelesssness.
